This highly successful restaurant brand is being developed throughout the GCC by M.H. Alshaya. Our client Wafi Hospitality, part of the MKM Group engaged us for their location in The Gallery Mall, Riyadh. The brief specified a modernized version of the brand whilst maintaining key elements of the design.  One of the biggest challenges was the six week timescale to get from brief through to tender stage. We beat this deadline by three days! Project completed in April 2018.
